Jeff,

I do have a biased view of whining - since my experience recently comes from 
midrange-L :-)

I was wondering how you deal with spam and popups and spyware, etc. For me, 
I find it so annoying that I am invaded by this crap. And, there is little 
or nothing I can do about it - other than follow Craig Ferguson's advice and 
get rid of my email adddress! While I do get some vendor sludge inside our 
industry, I find that is easy to ignore. If you found your sales rep 
experience to be difficult and off-putting, how do you handle all the 
internet fudge that we swim in every day?
