I would advise that you give strong consideration to the information already provided. However, if you were dead set on being able to force a one-record scroll-up when the cursor was "arrowed down" on the last subfile record on the display, you might try your masochistic tendencies out on DSM, which I think will let you do what you want (IIRC, DSM can do character mode handling). On second thought, I think I'd turn it into a browser app before I went that far.
