There is a large difference between a newbie
(WAFU, for my 'blue sky ' mates *) and someone who is employed by a
company and now uses this forum to harness information that will assist
them in delivering what their CV stated they are capable of.

<blink> Huh? Where did that come from? I really think that if someone doesn't know how to program RPG, asking a few questions in RPG400-L isn't going to help much. People have tried ... and it just doesn't work.

Not really ... it's not meaningful. If I really wanted to, I might be able to break it down by domain ... but that's it.
