I agree, but I believe the original poster said his management wanted to use it. If he said he was trying to convince them to use it then you would be correct. I would hope every organization would weight the options and information with management. If not, every move you make on your own is a career gamble. I was just stating that in this case, it didn't appear to be that way. Which brings up another point. Most companies today have creeds or mission statements. Every one I've seen mentions something about shared responsibility. Unfortunatly, in TRW this mainly applies to successes, and not failures. Brad www.bvstools.com
