What would be the consequences, to those executives, when the system
reverted back to the IBM-supplied level of interactive performance.

If the plan is to dramatically exceed those interactive limits on a
production machine, as opposed to enjoying some marginal improvement,
then I would imagine the consequences could be severe.  I would also
imagine that the disablement of the software would occur as a result of
normal maintenance, without any specific warning.

Just my thoughts,
I don't agree with the ethics of Tiger's product, but even if I
approved, I would not gamble my career on it.
