I have her name and phone number.

The CE was here and did a complete clean of the drive.  It's now working
good as new.

Here's what he thinks happened:  The S/N discrepancy is a number of 1,
i.e. it's actually xxxx8 and the System Configuration List that IBM used
to set up Service Suite lists it as xxxx7.  This 3570 is a dual drive
and he thinks one drive (within the hardware now) is considered xxxx8
and the other drive is considered xxxx7.  To IBM it's one drive however
and for some reason the xxxx7 got on the System Configuration List.  He
doesn't know why it was even entered, but since that printout is from
our old CISC system removed last January, it's impossible to find out.

He's going to straighten the S/N out within IBM.
