Hi Jay,
        this was in a thread last year ...

There is no solution unless you accept IBM's advice and run RCLSTG, on one
AS/400 I used to manage this took 48 hours!!

IBM do not accept that this is a bug; I was told by IBM "it is a feature";
this bug has been around a long time, certainly since v3, and probably
earlier.

There is another possible solution as long as the profile is not an IBM Q
profile, only you can say whether it is feasible, it may be.

Transfer the genuinely owned objects to another user profile, delete the
offending user profile, recreate it, transfer the ownerships back.

Using the WRKOBJOWN command may help you in this task.

Try running DSPUSRPRF  <prf-name> TYPE(*OBJOWN)

This will list owned objects even if they are not in permanent libraries;
this may give you some clues as to how/why this phantom disk space is being
logged.

Kind Regards,

Subject: User profile shows inaccurate disk usage

My user profile on our production system (V5R1 730) reports that I currently
own over 107 Gigs worth of information. No matter what I delete this does
not go down, though if I create an object it goes up. The wrksyssts screen
only shows 69 gigs used. I have included the screen shots. Which number is
correct? How do I fix the display of the one that is not?
