John,

We all love to hate the one's that we are closest to. Or is it that we
hate to love them? I never could get it straight. All I know is that
the very same quality that makes one (or a machine) desirable is the
very same quality that will make them a PITA!

IMHO, whether one is bashing IBM or MS or Oracle or Sun or ?, it amounts
to no more that letting off steam.

And sometimes it can be really, really, funny! None of us live in an
isolationist world. Sometimes we just wish that the unruly rat de jour
would leave the ship.

http://home.xnet.com/~raven/Sysadmin/ASR.Quotes.html made my day! Not
that I'm a sys admin, I just feel for them.
