Yep, Hotdog is cool sausage also makes XMetal which is an XML editor. But Hotdog is still basically a code based as opposed to a WYSIWYG editor that is why the code is not as bloated. The only thing I dont like about Hotdog, and it has been a year or so since I used it, is that they use those little graphics to represent the HTML tags.
