Herb,

I use the AltaVista Tunneling Software to "dial" into my clients AS/400 
using my internet account.   The web site for the software is 
http://www.altavista.software.digital.com/tunnel/index.asp.   If you want 
more information about the setup email me privately and I will put you in 
touch with their system administrator.
