I agree with you but what most people would not agree with is that too
get at that money that drug dealers should fork over, you have to (a)
legalize drugs, and (b) eliminate paper currency so that all financial
transactions could be tracked.  While I would prefer a National sales
tax or even a flat income tax, it would hurt the middle class
tremendously considering they live off of a variety of welfare schemes
(tax deductions for having kids, homes, farm subsidies, etc.)
