Using ILE/RPG this will be a lot easier, and you can call the ILE/C wrapped MI
functions to ease the interface to MI from ILE/RPG.

I have an example of calling an MI wrapped function, in ILE/RPG that I sent to
Jon Paris - he's cleaning it up, as my RPG style is rusty these days (too much
ILE/C programming ;-) Jon: You had time to do that yet ?

I still have the ILE/C source for a progrma I wrote that cycles though all the
hex values and calls QLICVTTP to query if there is a matching object.

I can post this to you (or any one else - as it's ILE/C I'll do it on request,
not post it here)
