One word of warning, the compiler (for ILE/C anyhow) sometimes makes a mess of
the TGTRLS(x) parameter.

On a few occasions, developing on V3Rx & V4Rx, and targeting an earlier release
has gone fine, the save to a savf (also using the same value for TGTRLS) has
gone fine, but on running the program on the targeted system, produces the
dreaded 'Program x uses a function not supported on this release' (or whatever
the text is).

NOTE this is *not* the message you'll get on the higher release system normally
when this occurs, there is no message generated on the source system.

Also there is/was a problem with specifying TGTRLS(v3r1m0) on V3R2, work around
is to specify TGTRLS(*PRV) for the SAVxxx commands.
