I'm getting out of the industry completely.  I have a friend that is a 
Conservator of Person for Elder Abuse victims.  Right now, I'm her part-time 
office admin, training to be a case manager and then will take classes to 
become a conservator myself.  

They can't out-source hand on care!  And even the Project Management jobs here 
are being filled by H1 visa people.

I've seen several emails from individuals saying they have switched careers, 
but no one has mentioned what they have done to gear themselves towards a new 
career or the career path they are pursuing in lieu of IT...other than project 
management.
