Hi group:

Our P/R person ran the "Payroll Temporary General Ledger listing" (AMV611)
for Period 5, April 2004 and upon examination of the report, we find that it
includes Period 5 P/R JE's from both this fiscal year and the last fiscal
year.

I looked at TEMGEN using Query/400 and found that of the 5,023 Period 5 P/R
JE records, only 984 were from this current fiscal year.  The rest appear
from Period 5 for the prior fiscal year.

Is there a fix for this using Mapics?

If all the prior fiscal year records were made "inactive," I suppose that
would solve the problem.

But is there a way to delete these 4,039 records quickly and efficently?
