Yes, you can select for certain journal reference numbers. You can do a setll on TEMGENL0 and check for the Journal Reference field, JRFNH2. You can use code similar to: FTEMGENL0UF E K DISK C* C MGLKY KLIST C KFLD CO C KFLD JE C* C Z-ADD01 CO 20 C MOVEL'PR00822 ' JE 12 C* C MGLKY SETLLTEMGENR0 C* C *IN80 DOUEQ'1' C READ TEMGENL0 C *IN80 CABEQ'1' END C* C MOVE *BLANKS JECHK 7 C MOVELJRFNH2 JECHK C* C JECHK IFGT 'PR00826' C MOVE '1' *INLR C LEAVE C ENDIF C* C JECHK CABLT'PR00822' END --- Original Message ----- From: <aldg3@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "MAPICS ERP System Discussion" <mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, April 20, 2004 1:51 PM Subject: Re: Re: TEMGEN contains prior year PR JEs > Hi Pete Olshavsky: > > Thanks for your reply posting. > > Yes we have G/L and the interface is on between it and P/R. > > For some reason, prior years Period 5 P/R J/E's did not get cleared from the TEMGEN file at the fiscal year end closing. Do you have G/L? is the interface between P/R & G/L on? Once a month gets closed in G/L then the Temgen records get moved to Curhis. So either, you are not using G/L or these records got posted after 2003 period 5 was closed. > > > > Can you write an RPG pgms? Pretty simple pgm to write.
