What about Godzilla?  Sorry, couldn't resist!
We have maintenance with IBM on two of
our 'high demand, high speed' printers,
the other two are per incident basis.
The balance of our printers are HP lasers
and we have NO contract on them.  Have
them cleaned twice a year, service is per
incident, and if the prognosis is bad, simply
replace.
