Keith,

As our line printers get older and older they need more
and more maintenance. This is actually one thing you can
get some value out of IBM for these days. I would cover them
until you ween people off of dot matrix output or have no
need for IPDS type printing (if they support that). It is
fun seeing them sweat trying to find old parts that have not
been made in a long, long time.
