Problem: Inquiry to customer activity
We are in the process of converting from BPCS to MAPICS
5.5.
Our sales department needs to look at all customer activity
(summary then detail) on one screen.
For example Customer xxxx has Quotes , Credit
Memos, Open & Closed orders. The customer is on the phone and asking
questions one after another. Our CSR does not have time to bounce around
and ending up with 15+ screens open at one time. By the way she just
received another call and now has to close all those windows and start over
again.
To solve this it's going to cost big bucks & lots of
duplication.
Does anyone else have this problem? How, if it was, did
you resolve this problem?
