You do a DSPFFD of all of the files in AMFLIBx to an *OUTFILE, Then you query 
the outfile to select only the physical files and the fields you want etc.
This builds another outfile which you can copy to a PC platform as a csv 
type. Then import into a spreadsheet e.g. XL, monkey around a little with 
headings and spacing and you have a good file field reference document on 
your PC.
