Joan,

You don't need the source code for this.  Exactly what did you try, and what
did you expect to populate that didn't?  Some of these documentation options
are a bit tricky, there are semi-secret incantations required to make them
go, and it's not always obvious exactly what they are doing under the covers
or where the information comes from and gets stored.  Some of the bits and
pieces actually hide in AMXLIB, for example.
