That's very strange. What specific request (please provide the specific
wording) did you make and what specific response did you get back (again,
please provide the specific wording?

Annoyingly, we've been dealing with this since Friday and my support
person hasn't given any fix yet. Thankfully we did find a work around to
get email functional so we've not been dead in the water but, the fix
broke our DKIM signing. So it would be nice to get this resolved. Just
sent them a snippet of this asking if it is available for us. Thanks!

IBM i customers should open a Case with HCL to get the hotfix for this
issue as it's hasn't been uploaded to the support portal yet. I already
have it for two of my customers.

The great news is it's simple to install and will work for all "flavors"
of a given release. For example, if you have a 12.0.2 server, that server

can be at the base 12.0.2 code level, or any of the fix pack levels for
12.0.2.

It's a savefile you download, FTP to your server and then issue a restore
object command and an UPDSRVPGM command. You'll want to have your servers

ended while you issue the RSTOBJ and the UPDSRVPGM commands.

The timeincr service program is what gets updated.
