This patch works for every flavor of 12.0.2.  It doesn't require upgrading 
the FP level at all.  I have applied the same patch to 12.0.2 servers (no 
FPs), and 12.0.2 FP2 servers.  Haven't had any issues at all yet.

What output do you have from the RSTOBJ command?
