Press F10 on that message to get the joblog details (or issue dspjoblog).
That will be key to figuring out what's the underlying error is.

I see those "Definition supplied multiple times for ..." messages too, so
those are benign.

Your authority looks good. The details of what's displayed in the joblog
will be key.

What level of authority does the user profile you're using have on the
system?

Perhaps I messed up by upgrading from 12.0.2FP4 to 12.0.2FP5 first?
