Re: 30 year old timebomb in Domino code explodes

Curious what folks are personally seeing so far in the wild on this... we
restart our IBM i hosted Domino server on weeknights to facilitate a
backup... and we restarted late in the evening on 12/13/24 (and have been
running on that same restart until the present time...)

So far, I have no indication of any problems with mail routing...

I do, however, see one of the listed problem symptoms where we are only
showing a single mail.box rather than the 2 that are normally present.


Just opened up a case with support...


Thanks to Kim Greene for this posting... we received no hint or
notification on this through any HCL Support based channel...

The great news is it's simple to install and will work for all "flavors"
of a given release. For example, if you have a 12.0.2 server, that

It's a savefile you download, FTP to your server and then issue a restore
object command and an UPDSRVPGM command. You'll want to have your

servers
