I've begun to think I neglected installing some server components. 3. Yes, I'd tried this. I saw some hints in this direction from early posts on the list. 6. Yes, CODE Editor did get installed. This is at work. When installing at home, the option did not even appear, although CODE showed up under Programs->. However, the install had been interrupted and I reinstalled.
