Keep at it Vernon! Don't let them off the hook.  If they get you running,
great, but my experience is that their help while wonderful, just bandages
the wound.  Next release, you get to start all over.

My own personal feeling is that everyone in the lab should live and breathe
Occam's Razor.

I _want_ to use it, but things do not work. I've made
sporadic attempts at using it over the 5 years. This was
triggered by this new packaging, and by Jon Paris' &
Susan Gartner's article. And they seem to be able to
