Dear Sirs,

We current run BPCS V6002, AS400 V3R7. We are looking at swapping our
current AS400 out for an iSeries model 270. We are a company that has
significantly downsized since going live with BPCS in 98. Long story short,
6 facilities down to 1. We would be down grading from a P40 group to a P10.
This is a huge cost savings but I am worried about performance.

My question is has anyone on V6002 made the jump from V3R7 to V5R1 (or
V5R2)? If so, can I accomplish this without any modifications or BMR's? I
am new to the list and you comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jerry
