Why are you changing terminals? Bring your track shoes. If you can avoid it, do not carry your laptop or briefcase. They will only slow you down at security. Think about sending them Fed-Ex overnight. Heck, I've even shipped clothes that way in the past to avoid hassles/slowdowns at Customs. The Renaissance is only a block or so from the Convention Center. I'm staying there also. It turns out I've got a room with a view of the field, and there's a football game Thursday night.... :-)) Paul Nelson Arbor Solutions, Inc. 708-670-6978 Cell pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx "Roger Vicker, CCP" <rv-lists@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 10/15/2004 09:53 AM Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion To: Midrange List <MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc: Subject: Common Toronto - Getting There. Last minute checking things out... Every time I have flown through Chicago O'Hare the transfers have all been in one terminal. I just noticed that I have to go from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 this time and the United map makes it look like you have to go through the ticket areas (and thus security) to get between the terminals. Is that correct or is there a better way to get between the terminals in 80 minutes and 60 minutes on the return next Friday? Also, anyone want to post some tips on getting from the Renaissance hotel to the conference? See you all in Toronto.
