will someone who has experienced this take it to the
Common Sound Off? (so those of us to install later
may find IBM having addressed this issue).
I've had similar issue with a mod 800 6 months ago,
where IBM shipped the machine with the keys paperwork
labelled "system unavailable at time of shipment" and on a
Sunday 8am after an all night install I got connected to Denmark
(who were having office phone problems and very nicely called me back
on a personal cell phone - i was in atlanta).
