The one I had from Ireland had a lower level of PTF's applied.  Every time 
Licensed Program install went to run a Query command it crapped out (well, 
it did continue the install after referencing an object that didn't 
exist).  After the latest cum and Hipers were installed it was fine 
though.

Yes, temporarily due to 'World Wide Load Balancing'.   Orders placed 
until Nov 4 I believe.  IBM has promised not to affect customer delivery 
with these shipments but I'm from MO on this.....    I have already 
installed one of these and can tell you that attempts to get MF PTFs for 
the thing required a duty manager.... I'll stop there....
