That is not necessary. You can name it anything. But in the URL, it must
be specified exactly as you name it. URL context root is case sensitive.

Thank you Nadir. That worked.

It forced me to name the service the same as the 10-char UPPER case RPG
program. That may well be a matter of unapplied PTFs.
