I clicked on the suggested link in the case and it goes to a website which
states:
Bad Request

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
IBM_HTTP_Server at www-01.ibm.com Port 443
The third browser I tried (FF 68.0.1) finally worked.

You think I would have learned as I got switched to this new site for
Domino (during the transition to HCL, now it's at HCL). However I went
ahead anyway and opened a ticket about my debugging issue at the old site.
It got routed to the new site.
Oh, I just noticed who is assigned to the ticket.
Ok folks, apparently I'm the reason for this new thread. :-)

CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not

Just a gentle reminder that RDI has changed over to the new system for
support
First, let me say that opening a PMR for IBM i compiler bundle aka
"Rational Development Studio for i (5770-WDS)" then having it kicked over
to the old queue for "Rational Developer for i (5733-RDW)" is a good way to
have it ignored now as the queue is no longer monitored.
To open a service request for RDI please go to
https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/ and click the fancy new button "Open a
case"
.
All the best, Mike
