Mike,

What happens if you call into support to open a ticket? I can tell you that my service request has been "lost" more than once when I've called in to open it (the website wasn't working).

Subject: [WDSCI-L] PLEASE READ: Opening PMRs for RDI is no longer working ...

Just a gentle reminder that RDI has changed over to the new system for support

First, let me say that opening a PMR for IBM i compiler bundle aka "Rational Development Studio for i (5770-WDS)" then having it kicked over to the old queue for "Rational Developer for i (5733-RDW)" is a good way to have it ignored now as the queue is no longer monitored.

To open a service request for RDI please go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/ and click the fancy new button "Open a case"
.

All the best, Mike
