Good News Everybody!

The new search engine is LIVE!

Please report any problems to david (at) midrange.com.

Thanks for your kind reminder.

Is there any further step to access the new portal? whatever I do on the
site (open e new case or view an existing case) the result is:

Yikes — we didn't catch all of that.
The system received a request that cannot be understood. This is most
likely due to there being too many cookies being transmitted.

I cleared (many times) all Cookies but with no avail. (Chrome, FF and IE)

Just a gentle reminder that RDI has changed over to the new system for
support

First, let me say that opening a PMR for IBM i compiler bundle aka
"Rational Development Studio for i (5770-WDS)" then having it kicked over
to the old queue for "Rational Developer for i (5733-RDW)" is a good way to
have it ignored now as the queue is no longer monitored.

To open a service request for RDI please go to
https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/ and click the fancy new button "Open a
case"
.

All the best, Mike
