The "Jing" software works pretty well, but apparently, I cannot upload to imgur. I guess shockwave Flash is not supported by image share site. Probably for security reasons I assume.
Oh well, too bad, it seems to pretty darn good!

It was many years ago that Jon Paris recommended Jing on one of these lists. It's been running on my Win 7 32-bit machine ever since. I just installed it on my home PC Win 10 64-bit and it works fine there too.
