There is also what used to be called RPG Next Gen, by Mihael Schmidt - he now calls it MIWORKPLACE and has a small fee, as I recall - 27.50 Euro for a single user for a year. http://miworkplace.com will get you more info.

There is an request (RFE) for an RDi-Lite version which would be free
or at least much cheaper. It's status is currently "Under
Consideration." So at least IBM is thinking about it.
