Mark, have you tried installing the iSphere plug-in? I have found in many situations it is perfectly "doable" even though the person lacks Admin authority to install software from regular .EXE files.

I mention this because iSphere is installed through the Eclipse/RDi menu item HELP > INSTALL NEW SOFTWARE option. Provided you can somehow download the iSphere .ZIP file on to your workstation, the install steps don't touch MS Windows at all. The only remaining issue is the ability to upload the ISPHERE *LIB to the server in order to support some of the functions.

(Forgive me if you're already well acquainted with all of this.)
