Clear out the RemoteSystemsTempFiles directory does not clear your iProjects.

So, if you have an old source in an iProject, it might pull in that source by default! Which sadly happen to me, and it pulled in over 2-year old CODE!!!! Yikes!!!

This indicates some confusion about which copy of the source is the
master - iProjects, or QSYS.LIB.

I use iProjects all the time. But, it is NOT for NEWBIES, and you need to understand how they work. The basic idea is that the MASTER-COPY is on your PC and/or Network.

Yes, exactly right - if an iProject exists, the iProject is the master
copy. Anything on QSYS.LIB is a stale copy, no matter how recently it
has been edited.

But, that breaks the standard way we are used to editing code directly on the IBM i.

Works the same with iProjects as it does with Aldon in QSYS.LIB. Only
ever edit the master copy, and push from there. Editing directly
further downstream is always a big no no!

If I need to shift the master copy from iProjects back to QSYS.LIB (say
for an SEU colleague) then I do a push and then delete the iProject.
