I have submitted a new RFE to make Source Compare more accurate. Here it

The problem is most pervasive in my service program modules when the left
side has some extra procedures and some missing procedures. This confuses
the current text compare. A little language specific intelligence like
understanding procedures and subroutines in RPG would go a long way to
improving the situation.
