@David - Thanks David, I'll do some more investigation then, it
seemed quite reasonable to me that having done the work and used an
export wizard to build a jar file to work as a plugin that loading it
in the plugin directory would be exactly the correct thing to do. I
figured that something in the plugin.xml or manifest would provide
enough information for Eclipse to decide if it wanted to load it or
not.
