Container names (procedures, subroutines, structures, files, the top-level
stuff) should be listed in alpha order, sub-elements (data structure
subfields, fields in records) in declaration order.

I put in an RFE to not (or optionally not) sort parameters when the

outline

is marked to sort alphabetically. I don't know about you guys/gals, but
99.999% of the time I have the outline sorted alphabetically. The only
piece I don't want sorted alphabetically are the parameters, so when I

look

up parameter info (since content assist doesn't show parameter
descriptions, and per the rejected RFE

it won't get them), I have to unsort, re-expand the parameters, then when
I'm done getting what I want, I need to resort.
