Maybe "source order" confused some - the Prototype/Interface determines order
and sorting interface parameters seems, as David says: very dangerous.
Eschew obfuscation.

Parameters must be used in source order so they should only be shown in source order. One of the things I use the Outline for is looking up prototypes, so if the order is altered that could be a very dangerous thing for me...
