My answer to the question, 'Is VA-RPG worth looking into?', would be not
at this time.

It might work for simple applications but not much more.  It is not
object-oriented, which becomes more of an issue the more complex your
application becomes.  We have one application and it crashes
persistently.  It also does not support EIM, which is holding us back.

The latest planning statement eludes to some future overhaul but there
is no telling if and when that will happen.
