Adam,I'll have to try Ctrl-Shift-A - hadn't found that one yet. I'm already using filter pools, as I happened to catch that from some other posts on the list.

We have so many members in it, QRPGLESRC especially, that I have to subset in order for it to be useful (and toavoidlocking WDSC up for a long time). It sounds like we have somewhat similar setups - one QRPGLESRC for all production source. I had some of the same problems you describe when I was getting started with WDSC. I've learned that Ctrl+Shift+A is my friend - this keyboard shortcut lets me specify the lib/file/member to open. It only works if you know the exact name, otherwise I'd suggest the iSeries Table View.I already have sixteen permanent filters and 5 project ones, and I've only begun. You may want to look in to "Filter Pools" - it's essentially a way of creating directories to group your filters. It's worked very well for me due to our shop's naming format. HTH, Adam
