The wording is very carefully couched, Robert.  As far as I understand it,
only people currently using EGL will be able to get the new version.  And it
may only be people with WDSC Advanced.  Also, any future WDSC licenses will
NOT be entitled to EGL.

All in all, the underlying theme is that the Rational group wants to start
charging iSeries developers by the seat.
