What part of "WDSC users will get it for free" did you miss?  Or are you using 
RAD only?

I fail to see how it will "increase customer satisfaction" for me to pay 
extra for EGL by breaking it out of the WDSC bundle.  Unless they delete 
one word out of the statement "purchase, download, and install only what 
they will actually use" and that is purchase.
