It's per seat.  The announcement letters make clear that the Advanced Edition 
can only be obtained by (a) per user cost through Passport Advantage or (b) via 
upgrade entitlement to customers of the now-defunct advanced edition of the 
compiler tools who are current on software maintenance.

Actually Joe I don't know exactly what the price is - I copied the $3,500
figure from an earlier post but I _think_ it is accurate.

As far as I know it is a per seat price - but I really hope somebody will
correct me on that!
