Steve, have you tried opening a member with the CODE Editor? You 
might not have - I haven't tried the tutorials yet. That would need 
the same connection.

Go to Start->Programs and look for an item called something like "IBM 
CODE and VisualAge RPG 6.0". If you don't have this, you might need 
to install CODE. Of course, this assumes you are using version 6 of 
WDSC. Earlier versions have slightly different names.

In there is an item called "Communications", and in there will be a 
link to the Communications Console. There's also a link for "Define 
TCPIP Server List" as well as "Define Server Logon". I know I have 
entries in both the latter items but for only one of our iSeries - I 
tried opening with Designer against the box that is NOT in the list 
and it still worked fine, so maybe this is irrelevant.

You do want to look at the Communications Console and see is you have 
a server that starts with "R0" - these are the servers automatically 
started by RSE. After this I run out of ideas.   ;-)
