TomTime to call IBM Support = although we try to help each other and some IBMers watch the messages, this list is not the primary source for support of IBM products. Do you have IBM support contratct? If so, can you enter software support requests through their web interface? It's the best way to go as far as I'm concerned - you do not need to wait on the phone. I suggest this especially as you are in the UK and I don't know the support options there.

I think the connection is the right place - otherwise dig around under it and right click until you find it.
